Booking & Events
How far does Ron travel?
Ron serves Halifax, Cape Breton and surrounding areas. Travel beyond the local radius is available for a small travel fee — just mention your location when requesting a quote.
How many guests can Ron draw per hour?
For live events, Ron typically draws 10–15 guests per hour depending on the style and detail. He’ll help you estimate coverage based on your guest count and timing.
How much space and setup does Ron need?
A table, a couple of chairs, good lighting and an electrical outlet. For outdoor events Ron brings his own tent, signage and lighting.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates — especially weekends and holidays — book up fast, so reach out as early as you can. Ron will always try to accommodate last-minute requests when his calendar allows.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
Kids’ parties start from $250, weddings from $800, and hourly events from $150/hr (3-hour minimum). Custom caricatures from photos start at $50–75 per person. Every quote is tailored to your event.
Are there travel fees?
Travel within the local area is included. A small travel fee may apply for events outside the Halifax and Cape Breton region.
How do I reserve my date?
Once you approve your quote, a deposit secures your date. Ron will walk you through the simple booking steps.
Custom Caricatures
How long do custom caricatures take?
Custom caricatures from photos usually take about one to two weeks depending on complexity. Rush options may be available — ask when you book.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos that show each person’s (and pet’s) face. The better the photo, the better the caricature.
How is the artwork delivered?
As a mailed original or a high-resolution digital file — whichever you prefer.
